You need different items, an experience share is useless in the Battle Tower. Also I would suggest using some legendaries, or ditching driftblim or pidgeotto, because your team seems to have a common weakness to electric types. A good ground type or a rock type is what you need.

Your team is pretty weak against Electric attacks. Weavile, Mamoswine, and Dugtrio off the top of my head all hit your Pokemon hard as well. As previously stated, Exp Share doesn't help in Battle Tower, and you'll probably want to give Pidgeotto something too. Quick Claw can be helpful at times, but with only a 10% chance of activating, it's pretty unreliable. Stats are pretty hard to comment on without knowing IVs and an EVs spread. You'll want to raise Pokemon with a nature that boosts a stat that you want your Pokemon to specialize in and lower a stat you don't care about as much. If you're playing Plat/HG/SS, you can tell which stat is boosted by looking at the red-tinted stat in the status screen, while the lowered stat is tinted blue. When choosing moves, you'll want moves that are strong (duh), complement your Pokemon's stats, give you good coverage against other Pokemon, or have some really beneficial effect.
