[PC] Installation - Unable to open game or uninstal

Hello.

 

Six months ago I had this issue, and meanwhile stopped playing and forgot about it. I don't really know how to explain it, and if I could add a printscreen it would be easier, but I'll do my best.

 

When i clic to open the game client, only a really small window opens, it's just the minimize/maximize/close tab with a small black rectangle below showing no image. It doesn't get past that. Then I try to fix or uninstal the program and it says "It wasn't possible to access the network Property. USER PROFILE". I download the game, and I suppose as it's already instaled, it fails the instalation after downloading.

 

So, the window doesn't open properly, it doesn't uninstal or fix, and I can't download it again. What's more, I try to recover the factory values of my laptop and it fails over and over again. Maybe it's an issue with the computer itself.

 

Anyone experimented this issue?
