Pokemon! For Realz! D; D: :D

After just reading a thread about Pokemon rooms, it reminded me of an idea I've had for awhile, and would love to see as a reality. Yes, not really For Realz... but maybe one day! 

Robot Pokemon.... highly detailed plushy Pokemon, or latex, or steel... whatever works for that Pokemon... with built in advanced AI. 

Imagine how cute and fun they would be?? *squee*

They could battle, of course! And, they'd also be like pets and companions, following their trainer around... like a For Realz Pikachu <3 <3 <3

What do you think? Can it happen one day? What are your own ideas?

Sounds interesting, I could see a Pokemon theme park being something someone would want to sink money into. Dibs on the water coaster that looks like a gyrados. Too bad animatronics can be creepy

Or... Just paint your hamster yellow, and stick a pika tail on it! Plus pika ears. Don't forget the pika ears. It'll look absolutely adorable​!!! And it can fit in a pokeball! (Don't forget the air-holes)

Not easy to achieve at present, of course, but certainly possible. And, when AI has evolved a little further, robo-pets will probably be quite commonplace. Pokemon would be such a fun genre to focus the tech on <3

It's a good suggestion lol I'm not sure the hamster would enjoy it much, though! 

But, no.They have to be proper Pokemon. Walking, talking, battling Pokemon.
