[GENERAL] Other - Cannot edit child account settings

I added children to my PTCGO account today and I cannot access their profiles in order to change their settings so I can add them as friends on my account.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulty modifying the settings for your child's account! First, please note that all settings must be changed from the parent's account. If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you may not be able to access their profiles through yours.

 

Some users have been experiencing some technical difficulties with certain profile settings. I would recommend clearing your cache/cookies and trying again. 

 

If you continue to experience a problem, please submit a ticket by clicking the link in my signature, then clicking Sign In. After you have signed in, please click the "Pokémon Trainer Club / Account" category, then the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

Exact same problem here. 

 

I can create a child and they appear in my profile, but when clicking on them I only see my own details.  I can't accept Pokemon Go terms and conditions for them.

We were experiencing some issues with certain account features earlier today which may or may not have impacted this feature. Please try my recommendations above, and if you continue to experience an issue, submit a ticket using the instructions in the same post.
