[GENERAL] Installation - Can't download Game Installer

I'm trying to download the Game Installer from https://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-tcg/play-online/download/windows(link on official website), but it's taking an absurdly high amount of time (download rate around 20 kb/s). I have tested downloading stuff from other sites, and my network is fine. Is there a problem with the server that holds the installation archives?

I am trying to download the game installer too, and it starts downloading between 90-250 KB/s, but around halfway or even before it will drop to 0 KB/s and cease downloading. There is nothing wrong on my end, everything else is running smoothly, and other content can be downloaded. Is there something wrong with the link on the official page or the server hosting the download?
