[CARD] General - Wigglytuff (Fates Collide 66) Expand error

Wigglytuff (Fates Collide) was used against a Klefki (Phantom Forces 66). After Wigglytuff's Expand connected, 30 damage was done, and on the player's next turn, Klefki's Dull Light should only do 10 damage (20*2-30); however, 40 damage was done to Wigglytuff. This happened twice.

 

Note: this occurred while doing the Trainer Challenge with the Sky Guardian deck against Rika for the City Championship.

Damage reduction effects like this have been bugged for 2 months.  It's already on the known issues list.
