Hi, how long does it usually take for a submitted ticket to be answered? It's been almost two days since I asked for support for a code that I couldn't redeem and I still didn't get any reply at all. Thank you!

I just wanted to check in with you. Response times can vary, so its hard to really give an exact time frame as tickets are handled in the order they are received. Have you check your email to see if there has been a response to your ticket?
