[Account] Username contains personal info, name change?

Hi, I don't know how but when creating my account instead of using one of my nicknames I ended up with my first and last name. I don't like this so I would like to ask if a name change is possible? I've been playing on my account for a while so I don't want to give up everything I've obtained.

The only review or editing of the accounts is allowed when the Personally Identifiable information is included in a screen name, as it seems to happen in your particular case. 

I suggest that you send a ticket to the Support Team so they can address this matter further. 

To submit a ticket, click the link to the support portal in my signature, sign in on the top right side of the page, then select the relevant category and clicking Contact Us.
