[CARD] Primal Kyogre EX (PRC #55): Tidal Storm

I've recently come back to the game and thought I'd try out my old deck as a way to get my brain back into the spin of things. My deck is a water type, and one of my main cards within this is Primal Kyogre EX from the XY set Primal Clash (#55/160). The move Tidal Storm does 150 base damage to the opponent's active pokemon, as well as 30 to any of the oponent's Pokemon EX. Alongside this, you move 2 energy attached to Primal Kyogre EX to 1 of your benched Pokemon. However, when playing the game, I select 2 energy, and a benched pokemon for them to go to, only for the benched Pokemon and all attached cards to be discarded instead. At this point, I am told to pick up a prize card (should the opponent's pokemon be knocked out), however, I find that I cannot select a prize card either. This has resulted in me losing quite a handful of games, and unable to participate in any vs challenges, given this is y primary deck, and I am still relearning the mechanics of the game. I hope you guys see this and are able to resolve the matter soon

If you move the energy to a Pokemon such as Plasma Blast Suicune or Dragons Exalted Sigilyph, then the energy is discarded. Suicune and Sigilyph's Safeguard ability states that all effects of attacks including damage done to that Pokemon is prevented. It doesn't specify yours or your opponents. Moving energy from Primal Kyogre to Suicune is an effect.
