Hi my name is Iain and I lost access to my old account I played PTCG on and I can't remember the password I know for a fact the email is right and the username and I didnt have any luck with the system you guys have for recovering that. Im not sure if it was glitching out on me or not but it wasn't saving the information I was putting in so I made a new account to see if I could have any luck here

When on the forgot your password page, you only have to enter your email address and only one other piece of information (Date of Birth, Username, Player ID or Screen Name). If you get an error, it means that whatever information you entered is incorrect. We suggest trying the password reset using your date of birth and email. If you continue to experience an issue, please reach out to the support team. If you click the link in my signature, select the PTCGO category, and then select "Contact Us" you will be able to open a support ticket.
