[Event] Damsel in distress!

Wally has been kid-napped! Her captors have locked her up in a well-fortified secret base. Interpol is negotiating terms with the grunts, but it dosn’t look promising. They are demanding a ransom of 1 000 000 Pokecoins, which is way beyond what a single player can fit into their pocket. Luckily, there’s a forgotten entrance to the base that nobody noticed, so you might be able to sneak in undetected. Take a risk, or back away? It’s up to you!

 

Event introduction: this unofficial event will last from May 4 of 2018 to June 4 of 2018, but can end earlier because of successful player action. Your goal is to find the access codes to the entrance that’ll let you in the base. Then, you’ll have to push through any defenders in it.

 

Reward structure:

 

You will receive 1 point and a random Promo/Coin for each answered riddle, and 5 points for answering the grunt’s question. The grunt’s question will only become available when all 10 riddles are cleared. Players with most points will win prizes.

 

1st) Wally will give you a personal token of thanks, and Interpol will award you 5 random packs.

 

2nd) Wally appreciates the fact that you tried, and will give you a coin. Interpol will also award you 3 random packs.

 

3rd) Wally is freed well before that you arrive to her cell. Still, Interpol will award you a random packs for good citizenship.

 

How will it work?

 

When the event starts, there will be a set of riddles and questions that ANYONE can answer. Just quote the question and type your answer! You are allowed to make as many attempts as you would like, but please do not spam. When a question is successfully answered, the person who answered it will receive a random Promo card. When all the questions and riddles have been cleared by players, they will be able to engage the base defenders.

 

Please note that all questions are related to Pokemon, but can refer to canon AND fandom lore as well as alternate game lore.

 

P.S. It’s Google-proof, so don’t even bother searching it up on the net.
