[GENERAL] Other - Forbidden Light Packs Not in Shop

I am having trouble with the forbidden light packs in the store, I bought some packs in real life and I can enter the codes and claim packs from there but for some reason, the in-game store does not have them available even though there are advertisements for the forbidden light packs and decks.

please help.
