[GENERAL] Other - Missing Pack on Daily Versus Rewards

My daily versus rewards show that I have received the first four rewards for my wins, but I never actually received the pack for win #2. I have correctly received the other three rewards, however. (Pack for #1, 10 coins for #3, and a pack for #4).

 

I am using the windows client and I have tried logging out and back in to see if that forces the reward through, but no luck.

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.
