[Card] Forbiddon Light Malamar not able to use ability while Wobbufett is in the Active

Played a couple games and Psychic Recharge fizzles every time Wobbufett is in the active. This shouldn't happen as Wobbufett only negates non psychic abilities and Malamar is a psychic type.

Same thing here.  You can select the energy and pokemon and then the pokemon just shakes and it fails to attach.
