Where is this non-foil Dusknoir (BUS) from?

A new card (to own) showed up with this morning's update, a non-foil Dusknoir (BUS 53/147).  There's nothing unique about it, other than being non-foil.  Does anyone know where it comes from?  Is it packaged in some product, promo item, or other?
