[GENERAL] Other - Bought a booster, but it didn't appear in Packs

I just bought an UltraPrism booster, but it didn't appear in my packs as usual. I got the product received message, though that may have been from something else, and the coins were subtracted from my total. Can it open on its own? Then how do I see what cards I got?

It may take up to 24 hours for token redemptions to appear in your collection. I would recommend logging out of the game and logging back in. If you still do not see the pack, please submit a ticket so our Support Team can assist you further.
