Need to start recording my duels

Hey, I've been playing the online game for a good long while now, but right now, with all of the upgrades, extras, even all the maintenances, feels like there are more problems with bugs and glitches then I'm used to.  While it hasn't been so bad when XY brought in the Megas, or ORAS brought in the Break cards, but seems like ever since SM came out along with the GX cards, there seem to be more problems added every time you try to add something, or remove some bugs.  And when I report it, for some reason, seems like the person I'm talking to keeps asking me to explain what happened, and somehow, don't seem to do much to help my problem, wither it's with the cards, or the game itself, like with the vs rewards, the cards don't seem to show when I win them.  Basically, feels like one mess after another.

Right now, thinking I better start video recording my duels, just so the next time I report a problem, I can provide better proof on what I'm talking about.

What they really need is a paid employee to actually read the forums, bug reports and suggestions (at least occasionally).  It seems that the Mods mean well, but their internal system must be broken (and will remain so) until they monitor and communicate directly with the game's most active users.  Straight up, they need to work harder, not us.  Players in a game shouldn't have to do quality control and/or follow up on Support Tickets.

I've wondered myself, does anyone at TPC actually play the game?

By all means, record, then when you get a dozen glitches, upload a fun compilation on some well-known video streaming service. This could actually be more effective to help improve the game.
Some interface quirks have potential for hilarity. E.g. do you also have the + and - buttons in the trade interface or deck manager jump you back and forth between e.g. 2 and 4 when you try to hit three?
Fun fact: the trade interface was actually designed during a summer code camp in a psychiatric asylum.
Well, probably not true, but a video could still establish a strong case for it. Trades that get reordered causing you to click on the wrong one and losing sight of the one you wanted etc. :P

Some bugs don't happen in daily play, but I still wonder why no one in development notices them.  And being a bit lazy, I'm not going to spend a week with Customer Service every time I notice a glitch.

Tomorrow is an update, and we'll see if anything has been fixed, but @OP mentioned, "in vs rewards, the cards don't seem to show when I win them."  It might not be major, but that's pretty obvious, isn't it?

How about when you change the Deck Sharing settings (whether someone can see your deck list), and it also pops up a Screen Resolution dialog box, and changes those settings (in my case, from "windowed" to full-screen).

It almost seems like we should start an unofficial Known Issues thread, doesn't it?  But is anyone really listening?

Hello trainers,

Thanks for raising this topic.

First of all, wanted to let you know that we read you, we hear you and we see what you ask and complain about. We do pass all this information to the developers regularly. I can understand the frustration that comes due to the fact that you can't see the changes you'd like in the game really fast, same time all the dev team is working hard on improving the game and fixing the issues and you help us tons with it!

Replying to one of the asked questions - yes, we play the game, all of us. Same time it's not possible to catch all the existing combinations and possible glitches while testing it and this is something where your help is precious. Thank you for being with us and thanks for your every report. You really help us even if it's not visible really fast on your side.

After dozens of seemingly automated responses that hardly scrape on the surface of the question, alongside the “Thanks for sharing your deck list” (which is pretty much just a nice way to spam a thread, in order to create the illusion of an active forum) it's honestly very difficult to believe anything you say.

A model for what's happening:

they listen to us = things get inserted in a todo list

Not a card bug or only impacts a few % of the player base = bottom half of the priority list

Bottom half of the priority list = same practical effects as trash can

EDIT I forgot this part in the model:

code base that has rotten = lots of hard work for few results

Armor Press bug is probably quite high on the priority list. Maybe it'll be fixed next month.

I think recording your game sessions is a good idea. More information for the CS team is better than less.
