Looking for expert advice!

Been only playing Pokemon TCGO for about a week or two from now, I've constructed a deck using a Water-Grass combination that includes: Golisopod GX, Gyarados GX and Leafeon GX. I've only won about a couple of games but I've already decided to create a new one because of inconsistency and too much reliability on switching and/or using Stadium card for hard-hitting damages.

I've built a new one around the Solgaleo GX that I've got on the previous Versus rewards and I'm pretty happy and satisfied about it. But I've noticed that it somehow lacks that consistency that I've been looking for in a deck. I would like to hear about your honest opinions and advices on how I can further improve my deck and pinpoint the "bad" cards that I've put. Here's the copy of the deck:
