[CARD] Counter Energy (CRI #100) not working for Lycanroc-GX

Client:

• 2.51.0.3715

Card: Lycanroc-GX and counter energy

Expected Action: I had 5 prize card and opponent 3. I should be able to use the GX attack from Lycanroc-GX if i attached a counter energy to it.

Actual Action: I can't even select the GX attack.

Steps to Reproduce: likely from above.
