Havnt tested it on its own but the effect is not working at all when I've used it with Marshadow GX, still get hit by basic pokemons attacks the next turn with nothing blocking the effect

It seems the problem is already report and they know. There is the same with Glaceon EX in this same forum. Marshadow probably not being part of the bug though.

 

It seems to be same bug affecting damage reductions (Golisopod GX, Type: null, Bouffalant and others). The effect of reduction or avoiding damage, is removed at the end of own turn and not at the end of opponent's.

I have played marshadow recently and the flash ray ability worked just fine. One friendly reminder is that the effects of the attack still happen.
