Cards won't stack up when I buy a theme deck thrice

Hello everyone,

 

I bought a Garchomp Mach Strike theme deck. Got it. Then I tried to get 2 more Cynthias by buying Mach Strike deck again. 500 coins used, but my 3rd and 4th Cynthias not appearing, so I bought the deck the third time. Still only 2 Cynthias. But 1000 coins went missing.

 

Can anyone help and can I get back my coins? Thank you.

Only the first Theme Deck opens automatically.  Look in >Collection >Packs to open the other ones.

Oh thanks so much! Got what I wanted.

Initially I did go to Packs after clicking the "Collection" button. I thought the "Packs" section is only for "Booster Packs". Didn't expect "Decks" to be included since Decks and Packs are a separate category in the Store. Hope this can be made clearer in the Game for Newbies like me.

I feel ya TC. I once accidentally opened a theme deck full of useless cards when I meant to open a booster positioned next to it. What can one do but to move on like the wind....
