It's not up right now (in Public Offers), but there's a guy (named Daniel, something or other) who's been posting that exact offer every day, for at least a couple weeks, with no takers.

I know that I took an identical offer on pub before from KENDO_FUJI, I just tried putting up the exact same offer on pub for 8 hours so hopefully it'll be accepted, if it is I'll update this post
