Alolan Muk won't shut off

I played Donphan/Wobbuffet against Zoroark with Alolan Muk.  I managed to KO Alolan Muk, but none of our basic Pokemon got our abilities back, including Wobbuffet, which let the opponent use Zoroark-GX's Trade, except for the opponent's Exeggcute.

does he have another one? when you knocked out the muk, did it switch to your wobbuffet?

its possible if he has another alolan muk.

There was no other Alolan Muk in play, no reason for all Basic Pokemon's abilities, except Exeggcute's Propagation, to be shut off.
