I would say take out 1 zoroark line and put in two zekrom

 

Trainers:

 

You need two more Oak's

 

You do not need 2 energy exchanger. (you might mean energy switch but still take them out)

 

Energy:

 

Remove 2 Dce and 1 sp.dark

 

Remove 3 psychic

 

Add 6 lightning

 

I have built a similar deck to this and this is the path to go.

In this kind of deck, you need 4 catchers. Because Zaroark is only useful when it copy some kind of pokemon such as reshiram. If foul play is useless on the defending pokemon and u haven't got any catcher on your hand, it will be terrible!

Mario holds a very valid point about the catchers, the last thing you want is to leave a zoroark out to be a sitting duck to a reshiram/zekrom attack.

 

 

 

Super scoop up isn't as good as seekers due to the coin flip, you want to reduce the "chance" factor as much as you can, if you're relying on getting that pachi back to your hand (or what ever you use it for) and you get a tails then you could very well lose the game, at least with seeker you know it's going back.

 

 

 

i can see where you are coming from with the candies in here but i think it's using up space that could be better used by something else.

 

 

 

everything else looks really good, and these are just my personal opinions, not telling you that you are wrong or don't know how to make a deck, i am just offering some constructive criticism with an explanation behind my changes.
