Dream world out of energy

GAME SYNC OUT OF ENERGY --------------

 

I know i am not the only one to exsperiance this problem an was curious to find out how you solved it or if it has been solved. My Black version started doing it after the site came back online after the matinance was done but my white version works just fine. I this just confined to black version is it also white.i have been to knowledge base of FAQ's wich was no help still have the problem. I have sent an e-mail to request support but have still not recived an answer can any one help?

Is the internal clock between your black and white cartridges different at all? If the clock is off between the cart and your DS, a lot of in-game events stop working. Sometimes if you're using two different carts on the same ds something goes a bit funky from what I've seen.

 

Also, where are you connecting to the dream world? I've had the best results connecting in game using the C-Gear instead of from the load menu.

I noticed that if you change DS systems with the same game that can also mess up the timer thing. I have 5 ds systems and when I was swicthing around I was always out of energy. Once i kept playing black on a single system after 48 hours it started getting energy again.

I have 2 ds's but did not try the game in the other one till i found that the sync did not work but with no luck game sync was out of energy on that one to

same for me as well I believe this is the answer to your problem although mine fixed itself after 24 hours.

I tired to do the same all i own is black it was working fine two days ago. I keep getting the 'your out of energy' message too.

Also, someone emailed to Pokemon Support and this is the response they get:

 

<font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'">We have additional information regarding the functionality of the Game Sync, when it can be used, and what can cause the "out of energy" message to display longer than a user might expect.</font>

 

<font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'">First, under normal circumstances, a user can perform a Game Sync once per CALENDAR day. This means, if you game sync at 11pm, you will then be able to game sync again just an hour later, at 12am, as it's a new calendar day. Of course, after that, you'd wait until 12am the next day, and so on.

 

However, if you change your system time, or change hardware, there is a hard, 24 hour wait time penalty. So, if you were to game sync at 11pm, then again at 12am, and then change your system time to 12am the following day, the system will recognize this and you will be forced to wait 24 hours from the first time you save your game after changing the time. That means, if you change the system time at 1pm, and then play for an hour, and save at 2pm, you would have to wait until 2pm the next day before you would have game sync energy. This penalty is then enforced again if you change the system time again. The same is true if you change your system hardware.</font>

 

<font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'">While we understand this is disappointing, we're asking users who are experiencing the out of energy message to make sure to do the following:</font>

-If you are able to sync, then your issue is resolved.

Hey everyone, I'm sorry so many of you have either been unable to access the Dream World or receive a response in an expedient amount of time.

 

 

 

However, I have GREAT news here! I can personally assure you that by the end of the day today, there will be not a single ticket in our system that has gone without any response. <img src="http://www.pokemontcg.com/javascripts/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/png/omg_smile.png" alt="" />

I recently submitted a support ticket (#15182-10049) that had nothing to do with this DW issue. But tell your team that they should NOT simply close my ticket by giving me that "documented and escalated" response. If they are to solve our issues as soon as they are able, the issue itself should remain open so we can receive updates. Closing our ticket with that response infuriates me because I cannot receive updates regarding my issue anymore, as if they are ignoring my issue. Tell them this is not the way to treat customers, please.

If you had read the comments you would have read that i have already gone threw all the faq stuff so copying and pasting it to me as a problem solver was useless as for the problem i couldn't make it any clearer my sync energy is not refilling i wanted to know who had the problem and how they had it fixed if it was. Last yes i have 2 ds's but again if you read the comments i stated that i did not try the other ds untill after i found that the sync energy had not refilled after 2 days.

WOOT! ITS ALL GOOD! If you get the GS recharge message for over 3 days (MOSTLY if you changed your DNS for GTS reasons0 switch back your DNS and trade ANY pokemon on GTS with auto obtain DNS. SPREAD THE WORD.
