Cannot install new patch nor uninstall old version.

I launched the game today to find a new patch, the patch installs to 100%, goes to the main menu, it checks for an update.... then repeats the process infinitely. I remember having this issue last time the client had a patch.

I downloaded the new installer and tried to uninstall the old version, however I get the error "Could not access network location
Property.USER_PROFILE."
I see there is a sticky thread about this, launch the installer then select uninstall, but I don't seem to get that option? It just keeps giving me this error.

 

So my question is, how do I install the new patch, or how do I uninstall the game so I can reinstall the new version, without losing all my settings etc?

P.s. For the record I am running on;
Windows 7 Pro, Service Pack 1, 64-bit OP.

Go to control panel, uninstall a program, right click pokemon tcgo and click change (not uninstall) then choose remove

Aha! Fantastic, thank you very much for that :)

 

Still, frustrating needing to uninstall/reinstall every new patch, hope they fix the issue soon.
