PLEASE HELP GAME WONT LOAD

Ive had this problem for a week now. I tried to play, it said loading, checking for update. And it crashed. The second time it opened to the venusaur charizard blastoise screen. It was taking longer to load then usual. It got to 96 percent before it said: "An error occurred while downloading preload data. The game will now close. I opened it again and I saw a black screen with a blank text box. I closed it and reopened it, still shows it. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it, ran in compatibility mode, and i made sure all of the game requirements were met, they were, and I did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING POSSIBLE! I sent a ticket to Pokemon support. No response since i sent it to them. I had was on vacation and i borrowed my cousins iPad so i can play. Im home now so i cant play. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP! I WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME!

I'm having the same issue today. I wasn't paying much attention since its a loading screen and I've seen it so much, but something caught my eye. I saw it had said something around the lines of error and not able to load or download data. That's when I brushed it off and reopened the game thinking it would fix it. Nope. So I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Nothing. Every time I attempt to open PTCGO, it shows the blue/orange loading bar with a black background frozen. I say frozen because it seems to be suck. Not even numbers or letters appear. I'm going to keep uninstalling and see if that gets me anywhere. 

Really bummed out. I was able to play yesterday. But not today or anytime sooner... :(

Same thing happened here. Opened the game, the first time it said "An error occurred while downloading preload data. The game will now close".

 

After that it shows just a black screen and nothing happens. Uninstalled and installed two times and still nothing.

Fixed it. So apparently I didn't erase every trace of PTCGO. Once I did, the game worked.
