[Card Bug] Nidoking's Power Lariat not counting Stage 2's put directly into play.

Client Version: 2.39.0.2789:95#1185

Card: Nidoking STS (and possibly other cards specifying 'Evolution Pokemon')

Expected Action:

-Nidoking is in play, with my bench entirely filled with Stage 2 pokemon from Cradily (PLB)

-Nidoking attacks with Power Lariat, two hundred and ten damage.

Actual Action:

-Nidoking ignores any evolution pokemon that were put directly into play.

-Power Lariat deals 60 damage.

Description:

Hi there, I've been using a deck recently where Cradily (Plasma Blast) puts a number of stage 2 pokemon directly into play, including Nidoking (Steam Siege). Nidoking's attack is not properly taking account the Stage 2's that were put on the bench by my Cradily. Nidoking's attack similarly ignores the Talonflame (Steam Siege) put on my bench by its Gale Wings ability.

Based on a this ruling for Glaceon-Ex:

== CRYSTAL RAY (Glaceon EX - XY: Fates Collide)

* Glaceon-EX's "Crystal Ray" attack makes it immune to damage done by attacks from "Evolution Pokemon". This is a new term that means any Pokemon that is an evolution card. So a Stage 1 Frogadier brought to the Bench by "Water Duplicates" would be affected by this. Basic Pokemon and Restored Pokemon are not affected. (Fates Collide FAQ; May 5, 2016 TPCi Rules Team)

It seems to me that the Evolution Pokemon specified in Power Lariat should take my Stage 2 pokemon into account, even if they never actually evolved.

Here is a small album of screenshots from a game that I put together to make your lives a bit easier:

If you'd like the game log, I have that as well. I don't have the cards to test it, but there might be similar issues with cards specifying 'Evolution Pokemon' (Such as Glaceon-Ex), or with other effects that put evolved pokemon into play (Such as Archie's ace in the Hole).

Thanks for your time.

Edit: Alright, I don't know if it will let you guys see the url I posted for the screenshots, so I guess I could post the gamelog in a reply so you guys can see what I'm actually talking about. It's pretty huge though.
