It's not about EX and Megas but you're running too much ONES. Having so much pokémon alone makes you spread your efforts. You need to plan a strategy and then try to make it run. When you build a custom deck, you need to focus over one main attacker and then add partners for support, not only one of each because that means you'll be now one side to set up one pokémon and then the opposite side just because you got a different pokémon that does another different thing, or need different energies to attack. It's inconsistent and will dizzy yourself.

Usually the main attacker use to be an EX or Mega (but sometimes a Stage 2 or BREAK) and the rest of the pokémon just help to set it up faster, heal it, help to draw, block attacks, add abilities...

In this case your only group it's the Gardevoir EX 3-2 line. If will be your main I would go for a 3-3 line (or 4-3 or 4-4) with 1 StS Mega and 3 PrC or 2 of each (depending if you feel battle a lot against Psy or not).

Talking about the classical M Gardevoir EX deck, Aromatisse was an important support but was the XY Aromatisse with Fairy transfer ability (now rotated so it would be an Expanded deck). Anyway you can't run a 1-1 line of anything. What if your Spritze's prized? Or Aromatisse itself? A 2-2 line is needed (or 3-3, it depends on how important is for your deck) because if only one and it's not available, your strategy won't work.

Xerneas it's also a support pokémon. Very important as starting pokémon to set up your bench fast with energies. At least you need 3 to have the chance to start with it and if space enough could be 4.

And you know what? That was a plan. Starting with Xerneas to set up your Gardevoir fast and Aromatisse for moving energies. Still better with 4 Fairy Garden [stadium] for free retreats and Max Potion to heal moving all energies from one damaged pokémon to any other with Aromatisse, fully heal the damaged and then move the energies back for a new attack.

You focus on a main attacker and it's surrounded with the support needed to make it work in a fast and reliable way. But is that all? Of course not. Still it's a lot of things to do and what makes a deck working are the Trainer cards. You need high drawing supporters and others, what use to be a staple line: 4 Sycamore, 2 or 3 N, 1 or 2 Lysandre, 4 Ultra ball, maybe some Level ball (2 for the Aromatisse line), 4 Vs Seeker, Spirit links enough (3-4), something like Trainers' mail to search it (******** Super Rod (2) to recover some discarded energies and pokémon and the 4 Stadiums. In this case also the Max Potions (3). Around 34 cards more or less.

Plus 3 Xerneas, 4 Aromatisse line and 6 EX/Mega = 47 cards. You could do up to 13 fairy energies to complete 60, no Psy needed. Obviously you would change the numbers to fit your play style, those are a general thought.

Talking about your Standard deck, in case you want to make it better just as it is right now, I still would focus on get thicker lines of pokémon and specially on to get a more staple line of Trainer cards. Will give you speed, big draw and some additional resources to make work any pokémon out there. Trainer cards it's the most important part of any deck so try to have multiple copies of every needed card and you'll be able to build up any custom deck in the future just getting the right attackers.
