My game isn't working...

Ever since the new update had installed, my game keeps crashing right when I open it. It's actually getting frustrating. Thank you. Also, I cannot remember my account name. I think it's ThunderHero12. THANK YOU.

I would suggest reinstalling the game, if you haven't already. There is a good chance that might help fix the issue that you are describing.

i am gonna take a shot, but what type of crash do you get? stuck at % or what.

 

i would try reinstalling with a complete uninstall and wiped out folder of the program and reinstall with fresh data.
