Issue opening pack from redemption code

I just started playing and had some codes to redeem from a few packs I bought but with the pack pictured below I just keep getting an error when trying to open the pack.

 

Any idea what the issue might be?

Pack name: XY Series product.xy1.booster

 

Error message: There was an issue while trying to open your pack: Product could not be opened

Was this your first time to redeem codes?  Is this the last pack of that type?  Does the quantity of the pack have a lock icon next to it?

Yea it was the first time I redeemed codes I had four at once all the other packs went through ok.

 

It was also the last pack and had a lock icon next to it.

For your first code redemption, you get some free locked packs.  But there's a bug and it shows you getting more free locked packs than you actually do.  When you try to open a pack that appears in your collection, but isn't actually on your account, you get the error message above.  When you log out and back in, the bugged pack will no longer appear.  A lot of other users have experienced the same issue.

Yes, known issue.  Our apologies for the bug.

 

We have a fix coming in the 2.39 version, due later in September.

 

If you close the game client completely and then relaunch it, you should be good to go.
