its useless for play. it is just for collectors. samurott can do the same thing for less energy.

 

 

 

 

well you do not how to evolve it so it's kinda cool. It kinda makes up for the fact it needs energy. plus it's cool. xD

5 energy for the 80 attack? rare candy samurott at turn 2 and you'll be able to use his first attack doing 30 damage on the defender as well as a benched pokemon. turn 3 samurrott can already use its second attack. whereas this lugia can only use its second attack at turn 4 provided you have a dce on hand. it also has a life of 100 which makes it one shot dragon fodder. this card is so terrible. i wouldnt place it in my deck.

You can summon it with dual ball collecter etc;; So If you utilise that and use a double colorless It could work.

 

And linear attack's pretty cool if you use a pokemon trap, get someone with no energy and use that to stall and then KO the pokemon you brought.

its still is a terrible card to use in the current meta. if you want a good water basic wait for kyurem to come out when noble victories gets released.

 

this card is only for collectors
