Error after update

Keep getting the following error after the update loaded on my laptop:

 

Failed to Initialize Player

 

Failed to load PlayerSettings (internal index #0).

Most likely data file is corrupted, or built with mismatching
editor and platform support versions.
 
What do I do to fix this?

Hi PikachuBlakey,

 

It sounds like things may not have gone well with patching up on your system.  My recommendation would be to do a clean uninstall and re-install as per this support article  http://support.pokemon.com/ics/support/KBAnswer.asp?questionID=1438
