How many codes will come with the tins?

I was just wondering how many codes will come in the upcoming tins? Will it be 1 per tin? or Will each booster come with a code? If anyone knows it will help me a lot.

I think in each tin there will be a code card that unlocks the promo card and as many packs as there is in it. But don't quote me on that.
