1 generations pack granted for charizard box

I only received a vanity box, vanity sleeve, and 1 booster generations pack from the Quarterly Figure Box for DOM EN - Charizard. 

 

To the best of my knowledge I should have received a few packs and the Charizard promo. What's the deal?

I am having the same problem also

Before the codes went down. I got multiple Generations packs, the deck box, and the Charizard Promo Card. Now the last one I used I only got 1 pack and the deck box, No promo cards.

 

I also got only 1 pack of generations and no Mew Promo cards when I entered the Mew set ones also tje same issue with the other 2 sets.

 

Why no more packs and promo cards?

It's a known issue since Friday, I don't even know why they put codes back since it's stil bugged

 

So it's back ?

 

What happened with the ones who exploited the bug?

Yes the codes are back

I am having the same problem also

It's a bug. Submit a support ticket and they'll get to it soon. I sent in a ticket yesterday, and it was escalated to an account specialist this afternoon.

I already have but in my experience they are extremely slow to respond unless a forum mod makes them aware as well. I'm just glad I kept the physical card.

Still no response on this and the support login portal is throwing out all kinds of errors.

 

I'd really appreciate a response (but more so a resolution) on this. I spend roughly $100 a month for my kids and I to get new cards to play with, that's a decent chunk for issues like this to go unanswered.

Regarding the Charizard and Mythical boxes, I have a friend who had a problem with a Charizard box as well.  He did eventually get the card, and I think they gave him an extra of something as an apology for the mistake.  As it was not my account, I cannot confirm what he got that might have been extra.

 

Me, personally, I'm having problems redeeming my Ash-Greninja.  I submitted a ticket to support and they responded demanding a photo, then telling me (once I had that) to "keep an eye on the TCG Online forums for further information regarding fixes that are implemented" and that I "may also wish to check [my] account periodically to see if the issue has been resolved".

 

I mean, come on.  How hard is it to take the code out of the database and add the card to my account?  I'm having a horrible support experience.  Not sure if the mods can pass on my feedback that this is not a good experience, and that all I want is the card (and anything else, but I'm guessing it's just the card) in my account and the issue is resolved instantly.

I guess it's good to know that I'm not alone here, but it's discouraging to hear how your issue is being (basically) ignored as well.

 

I've tried to call their HQ and cant get passed the automated message system. I have to believe they'll resolve it soon, but my faith in the company is waning at this point.

I wouldn't know, I cant even access the support portal anymore. It keeps throwing up errors. I haven't received any email responses, so I'm assuming it's on hold as well.

 

This whole thing is a real shame. I have 12 total charizard boxes I want to redeem, but I'm certainly not wanting to get slighted their full grant.

To update, my code for my Ash-Greninja finally worked.  This suggests to me the Charizard boxes should redeem properly now.  Still waiting to see if I will be compensated for my trouble in this matter.

 

Try one more of your codes and see if it works, and if it doesn't give the proper accounting of items, just hold on to the remaining codes.  I have a friend who has had redemption troubles twice, and he got his packs both times.

You're 100% correct, I just tried a few and they all went through.

i have now just received all the packs + 1 extra from the old code where i only got 1 pack from. but i have still not received the promo charizard

Getting the same issue with my three powers beyond tins (Rayquaza, Hoopa, Latios) All three codes in the series are invalid, yet the other tins I got from the SAME STORE have codes taht work perfectly fine. The chances of all three of those specific set codes being invalid is astronomical, hoping the pokemon company fix it soon.

Still waiting to get my charizard promo. They closed my ticket without any resolution details.

same . i have just opened a new ticket . while they just posted all issues have been fixed with codes except for 2 type of codes . charizard is not one of them while they have not fixed it....

I think we've been pretty patient, I mean I understand they are busy, but closing tickets without resolving the issue is a little amateur and not providing any resolution details (ie; a response of ANY sort) is insulting.

 

We expect better of you, PTCGO staff.

Anyone still finding their situation not resolved, try contacting customer service again. Reference the original ticket in the request. I know someone who did get the missing promo and packs. Sometimes you have to bug them.

My Support Ticket is still open with no response for almost 2 weeks now. Yea and I am still missing my Promo cards.

 

Right now I am afraid to put in another code due to this problem.

Post another message by using "Provide Info" and ask for an update on when you can get your missing promo and cards.  If you provided the code on the original request, they should be able to see what you got for it; if not, provide it now.
