What is the most consistent deck out there?

Doesn't have to be the best or anything but not some random junk either

Which deck can consistently draw and attack or do its job with all the locks/disruption and just not going to dead draw for any situation

Scatter shot mewtwo ex.

Throw in your favourite tool, lots of energy, maybe a psychic infinity mega or two. Just attach energy every turn and keep attacking. It is a kid's game after all. Decks only don't work when we pretend they're brilliant. Keep it simple. Yveltal Ex is like that too. So long as you can find an energy and don't miss a turn attaching you'll win most games. BKP Darkrai should work like that too. That's my opinion. Bit of a downer, I suppose.

So long as you bring enough draw supporters you should never miss attaching an energy. Everything else just speeds up the process.

Any Ex that can attack for 2 or less energies and can eventually reach a higher damage threshold.

Night March can also dead draw.

I believe 4 sycamore, 4 ultra ball and 2 Shaymin Ex is a great start for deck consistency.

First turn you basically must have a draw supporter and if possible after supporter or before supporter draw power. Having access to a draw supporter and an ultra ball to Shaymin Ex is the most consistent way to ensure you have board control on your first turn. It works both ways, supporter to find ultra ball or set up with Shaymin into a draw supporter. Either way you're digging through about a quarter of you deck and virtually guaranteeing you find those critical pieces you need, which you probably have 4 copies of. Your odds of finding and playing these cards on you first turn are very good. If you see 15 cards on your first turn and 1 in every 15 cards is the ratio you keep for the most critical first turn cards. . .

That is one very important part of consistency. Narrowing the focus of your deck to a core means that ultimately you are over specialised and prone to bad match ups, but it's a trade off. YZG is excellent since it has versatility, but is reliant on a maxie's engine and can auto lose to first turn item lock, it's advantage is that new tools like FFB make it difficult for Vespi quen to Ko and it has type advantage on Trevenant. Otherwise the parts of a maxie's engine make for a very fast deck, offering battle compressor to vs seeker access to support, Shaymin Ex and lots of item draw. It is expensive compared to night march, and about equal in terms of matchup, but what deck with a couple shaymin can really be considered cheap?

There is no deck that won't ever dead draw. But having access to those expensive shaymin means it is possible to have roughly 12 to 13 or just shy of 1 in 4 odds that any given card in your deck will allow you to draw cards, given say 9 draw supporters and 4 ultra ball. That gives excellent odds you won't draw and pass on your first turn.

That's not necessarily true. Night March also has a very aggressive draw engine. But like N M the Maxi engine does use many items. Almost any hyper aggressive deck is going to have 30 or less cards after it's first turn.

here's an expensive one but mega rayquaza has been working amazingly for me, i've constructed my list in roaring skies and haven't updated it since, that's three expansions later, and it still works just as fine, my win ratio in it is 90%, the consistency in it comes in the fact that an ultra ball is going to be ur draw card, you get shaymin and just keep drawing cards, i dont know if i constructed a magically consistent list by chance but all i know is that my mega rayquaza deck can lose only in three ways: 1- giratina-ex, 2-turn1 or 2 item lock, 3- 2 or more of your shaymin are prized (i once had 2 raywuaza and 2 shaymin in the prizes), giratina ex isnt the most common and if you can kill it before he gets his double dragon energies ur good to go, item lock sucks for all decks not just rayquaza, but even when item locked, if you can draw into some supporters and a hoopa, you can still pull it off, third one is just brutal and almost never happens but it happened to me before so yeah that's just awful luck that you can't do much about. this deck has won me so many tournaments, people just concede when they see a mega rayquaza with three energies attached to it 6 benched pokemon on turn one, sounds insanely rare but i pull this set up off 1/8 games i play which isnt very common but common enough, most of the time you get the mentioned above set up by turn 2, which still is very scary. as i said though, this deck is really expensive, the 4 shaymin alone cost as much as the rest of the deck if not more. nightmarch/ vespiquen is also one of the most powerful decks out there but i personally hate it because i lose to it a lot so i never bothered playing it, but from what i've experienced is that night march is very consistent but mega rayquaza can actually fight it very evenly, these two decks can go toe to toe most of the time.

IMO, two of the most consistent and simple (good) decks are Lucario-EX + Garchomp and a basic all dark Yveltal + Yveltal-EX + Zoroark.

Sceptile-ex/ariados/bats

Get about 3 sceptile-ex's

get 3 spinaraks to evolve into ariados

get 3 ariados this powers the sceptile-ex to it's full power which is 130 damage

get about 3 zubats to evolve into golbat

get about 3 golbats to evolve into crobat

get 3 crobats the crobat can put 3 damage counters on a pokemon before the attack making it 160 damage

add a muscle band to the sceptile and that's 180 which is what most ex's are

remember that if the opponents pokemon is also grass he will not be able to attack at 130 and only 60 but if you have muscle band and bats that can equal up to 110 damage still which is good.

There are videos about this just look it up on *******
