Binder help

Can someone please tell me how to view the binders of others? I can't figure it out. Also, why do my binder keep erasing?!

To view someone elses binder, go to deckbuilder and click new offer. Click the drop down menu and choose someones name. Click "Getting from______" and it should show all the cards in their binder on the top part of the screen. If its empty, that means they havent placed any cards in their binder.

 

Binders erasing after a few minutes is a glitch that everyone is experiencing. No real fix for it yet.
