Opening a pack and the game freeze

I was just opening a pack from the daily challenges, and the game got freeze, then the app crash and when I was tryng to open again the pack it was gone. I filter the cards from roaring skies and I have the same, not new ones.

Are you 100% certain of this? When you reopen the game after crashing your new cards won't be tagged as "new" anymore. You probably got your cards and yoi just cant recognize them because they don't have the "new" tag.
