problem with challenges in general and a way to fix it

Basicly  you go in to do your challenge in vs and its to do 700 damage with water type you get 1 water type out that does damage and they insta concede this happens 9 times out of 10.the only 2 real fixes to this are 1 challenges can be done in any mode or with friends or you lose some of your tokens for conceding. if your argument for conceding is it wastes your time why are you on the game if you dont want to play out a match and if your argument to that is well what if i have something to do why are you on the game if your going to be doing something so important soon?

They will not punish players for conceding in any way or forťm. There exist legitimate reasons for conceding and that's why the option is there in the first place.

 

Most competitive 1v1 games end in one of the players surrendering once they can no longer win. No onr sees the point in continuing a game that is already over.

 

You also shouldn't invalidate the "it's a waste of time" argument so readily. One of the big advantages of TCGs such as Pokemon, Magik and Hearthstone is that the matches are very short in average. There are other games out there that require a much longer time commitment (such as MOBAs where a single game can go for as long as a full hour). So, it's not uncommon at all for people to choose TCGs precisely because they dont have more than 15 minutes total to play.

 

Believe it or not, some people only have 10-15 min to play. These people can play 2 games at most if they don't waste time helping you complete your daily. It's completely valid for them to argue that they don't have time.

 

I've said this time and time again, and I'll say it once more: if anyone has the time and the goodwill to help you, they're giving you a COURTESY, they're under no obligation to help you.

then lets go back to the first way to fix it give every one the ability to finish them  in any mode and or with friends 
theres no reason to not allow quest to be done in every mode  and to your argument  all i can say is to each there own but the first fix would be the best way in any case

Why the first one isn't a thing, idk. My guess is that it would be too easy to grind challenges with your friends. I don't really care about that one tbh so they could implement it if they want to.

 

So long as we don't start taking tokens for concedes im cool with this.

I am getting rather frustrated with my evolve electric one right now, 6 games, until i got into a position to evolve one thing... itsonly got 3 pikachu + richu to evolve but has level balls evo sodas... and ways of getting basics.

it would be nicer to offload these frustrations into trainer challenge.

then get on with winning matches, and perhaps save me gametime.

Just make yourself an evolution only deck. Pack a deck with pokemon and trainers and you will be done in 5 mins.

 

For example:

4x Pikachu

4x Raichu

4x Wally

4x Evosoda

4x AZ

...

 

You get the idea

Evolutions challenges are the easiest ones to complete. If you make a deck with just evolutions like Niño suggested, you'll complete the challenge in 5 minutes. As an added bonus, your oppponents will never concede, because the'll know the instang they see your deck that they've earned themselfves a free win.

For "do X damage with X type" challenges:

Build a powerhouse deck around the evolution. It can be a totally crappy deck, metagame wise, but it only has to last you the challenge.

For "evolve Pokemon" challenges: take Niños advice.

 

For KO challenges: .....

..... make something up I guess xD

 

I actually have built a deck of each type for the specific purpose of challenges. (Een colorless, I haven't given up hope yet xD)

the problem of conceding will hopefully be resolved with the AI player pokemon is supposed to roll out to finish matches (or at least that's what I heard)
