Trainer Token Items Missing On Pokemon.com Account

I just came from updating my Pokemon.com avatar because I wanted the forum board's (and the main websites) avatar to match my avatar's image from the PTCGO game. However, the Pikachu Collection box items I purchased with trainer tokens on the PTCGO shop were not there. Though I have them in the PTCGO game, the outfit items I have are not in my wardrobe for the main website.

That's interesting, as I can put on my Pikachu Collection Avatar items on the website... Maybe it's one of those dreaded random glitches that takes forever to track, and causes **** for the developers.
