Collection [GAME] Collection - Crashing occurs when opening a booster pack, and I can't find the contents of the pack when re-logging

Sometimes when I try to open packs the loading screen comes up but stays at zero percent and freezes. Not only does my game crash but I loose all the cards I could have got in that pack which is annoying when it spent some time to get them. This acured on the I pad version so I dont know if it affects the computer as well.

a lot of people have this problem, myself included. There's really nothing you can do about it except making sure all the cards in the set have loaded their card data. A common misconception is that the game deletes your pack. All the cards are safe in your collection. As soon as you click open, it knows what cards are in the pack. It uploads them to your account in their servers. The loading screen is only so you can see the pack animations and get the hype of opening a pack.
