Looking for some cards, clothing items & Mega Audino things

Currently looking for a few different cards:

4 Audino EX (Fates Collide)

2 Mega Audino EX (Fates Collide)

1 Shaymin EX (Roaring Skies)

1 Swablu (BREAKthrough)

1 Altaria (Roaring Skies)

1 Swellow (XY)

1 Absol (Roaring Skies)

1 Hoopa EX (Ancient Origins)

2 Super Scoop Up

1 Hex Maniac

3 Sky Field

2 Audino Spirit Link

 

Mega Audino is my all-time favorite Pokemon (I actually collect stuff of it in real life) and as it is in the Fates Collide Set, I am looking for things related to it I've already gotten the Mega Audino EX and Audino Spirit Links (Both Normal & Reverse Holo) so I'm mostly interested in Deck Boxes and other accessories that might come out. Feel free to alert me if something is in the shop too! It'd be nice to finally spend my coins.

 

Moving onto clothing... I've seen various Clothing items (such as from the Charizard Collection) that I have never seen in store, but people had up for trade, so looking for these:

 

Emerging Powers-Themed Shirt

Pokemon Day T-Shirt Shirt

Play! Pokemon Cap

Rose Embroidered Polo (even though it is technically male so I can't wear it but just incase it ever gets a female version)

Sombrero

Trainer Hat (looks like the X/Y ones)

Trainer Pants (looks like the X/Y ones)

XY Shirt

Yacht Club-Heels

Yacht Club-Pink Shirt *

Yacht Club-Spectrum Shirt

Yacht Club-Wedge Heel Sandals

Zoroark-Illusions Shirt

Mostly as I just like customizing, but is fairly low priority out of everything else:

PAX East 2011 T-Shirt (I know how this was gotten--sadly, I entered my code too late)

White Unova Cap

Zombie Hat

 

If anyone knows where these showed up or how they were gotten (with the exemption of the PAX Shirt and Pikachu Collection stuff), I'd love to know so I can keep a better eye out in the future.

 

Edit: As I've had a few people say it... The Yacht Club items on Pokemon's main website are different than the ones I am looking for. While the White Shoes look close to the Wedge Heel Sandals, the latter are actually slightly lighter. The other two items are completely different though.

I think the Soccer Jersey comes with the Rallying Cry deck--the code is PHANTOMFORCES.

 

Do you have the Pokemon EX hat?  It can be redeemed with the code DARKEXPLORERS.

 

I suspect those Yacht items were in the online token shop.

 

The Play! Pokemon hat was from a code years ago.
