[GAME] General - Stuck on Daily Bonus page after logging in

Today after i have uptaded the pokemon tcg online, i've been trying to play but after start the application, it be stopped at the page with some kind of daily bonus, with a pokeboll opened. I can't play, please anyone help me.

My apologies for the delay! On the Daily Bonus screen, there should be an "OK" button and a red "X" button. Are you able to click either of these buttons? That should close the Daily Bonus window.

 

If this doesn't work, there may be an issue with your download of the game. In that case, I'd recommend re-installing the game by uninstalling, taking care to remove all related files and folders from your computer, and downloading the latest version of the installer from: http://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-tcg/play-online/download/
