I was playtesting a Spinda PRC/Mew-EX/Haxorus BT deck, and it was brought to my attention that Haxorus' attack should only affect itself. However it was affecting Mew-EX (who copied the attack).

If you mean that mew can increase its attack power than yes it will increase mews power

The attack states "As long has Haxorus is your Active Pokemon..."  When Mew copies the attack, Haxorus isn't the active pokemon.

 

Compare this to Unfezant ROS's Feather dance, which states "During your next turn, each of this pokemon's attacks..."

You can save the game log from your match by clicking the Social Menu, clicking the Game Log tab, and clicking "Export". This will copy it to your Clipboard where you can paste it into a .txt file and attach it to your ticket.
