I believe this report to be a false allegation due to a PTCGO member repeatedly spamming me with friend request, i finally accepted and then blocked them.

 

Mods please if you would, take this blemish off my account if possible.

I am not sure of the extent one report goes but i am confident this is a blatant lie.
