[CARD] Mew-EX (Legendary Treasures #RC24) - Cannot find this card when trying to create a deck

Earned mew ex from the versus rewards but I can't put the card in my deck as it doesn't show, but shows in collection. Any ideas?

Are you trying to put it in a Standard deck? If so, that's why it's not showing - it's not a Standard-legal card.

No it's an unlimited deck

Huh. That IS strange. I can't think of a legitimate reason for the game to not show it in Unlimited.

No, it's actually Expanded, from the BW era. When you are trying to build your deck, click on filter and then untick standard, you will be able to add Mew but bare in mind your deck becomes Expanded and you will be playing against expanded decks.
