I was looking through my cards this morning and stumbled upon this card. I can't find any values on it anywhere. Any guesses as to what he's worth?

I'm no expert in those old cards but he's just a regular rare, so don't expect him to be worth a lot at all.

well the typhlosion from hgss is worth anywhere between 0.5 and 2.5 based on demand at the point of time

 

if you find someone who really wants to sell, try getting for 0.5

 

an average price would be 1-1.5

 

if you have someone who really wants it, you can get about 2 packs or maybe 2.5 packs worth of cards

 

sorry that this range isn't very narrow, but that's just what the hgss market is.. a bunch of cards with everyone's expectations all over the place
