Support ticket

Hello pokemon,

 

I have sent now 5 emails to support and all I get is a computer respond. In the respond im referred to an open ticket I already have. When i try to open that ticket I get an error. Which I already told about in another email. But I get no respond:( when I post something because I am mad the post is gone in 5 minutes, a respond on support is taken days? Hows that? Please give me the support I need pokemon because im in a big matter with you guys. Thanks!

Yeah, man. The "support" system is an absolute joke. I stopped bothering to send in tickets because it just doesn't do any good. It's always some automated response which has little to nothing to do with my actual problem.

 

I have gotten more help from the members here than I have from any of the "support".

please note that the first response you will receive when sending a request via email is always just general information. You will receive a response from our support team as soon as possible. There is no need to send multiple request. This will only cause additional workload for the team and may lead to confusion as well. So please for now just wait until the team gets back to you. Unfortunately we currently receive a lot of requests so it may take a bit longer than usual but we're doing our best to respond in a timely manner.

Regarding the error you receive when you try to open the ticket, please note that this is due to having sent your ticket via email. If you had opened the request via our website you would have been able to update it through the website but as you have sent it via email it is not directly connected to your account and your support history. I hope this clear the confusion.
