need some help with rayquaza-ex dragon

need some help with this deck.

i am not sure on how to make this deck a solid deck as i never dealt with dragon type before. i know dragon energy is good for this but need to know what can be done to make it better.

bump need some ideas on what would be good for this deck

Hi Xensor,

If you want to make a dragon rayquaza deck go 100% for it.

I would suggest:

 

4x rayquaza EX RS

3x M-Rayquaza RS 61

 

Its attack requires you to discard 2 energy cards each time so you need a constant supply:

 

Reshiram RS (Turboblaze ability) - at least 2 of them

4x Mega turbo

 

You can also pair it with Eelectrik (NV) - Dynamotor ability + Keldeo EX

 

I wouldn't choose any of those pokemon fillers. Instead maybe Rayquaza Legendary Treasures in case some anti ex shows up.

Some more cards than can help you power up fast:

Max Elixir

Ether + Pokedex
Volcarona

Shaymin Ex
Victini Ex

Forget about Hoopa Ex, use ultra balls instead to help you discard those energies for your mega turbo...

some of the items you suggested i dont have tho.

 

i only have 2 ray n 3 megas. 2 dragon and one colorless.

 

so any other ideas?

You should add Mewtwo so that it can fit with all your other decks

I faced a Dragon M Ray deck the other day, and they won. It was awesome. Definitely run 2-3 ROS Reshiram. Its a good shield til you have Ray loaded up in the back.
