Yeah. I don't know what is up. The RNG is garbage. Something is definitely not right. None of my decks have more than 12 energies. Most of my decks are 12 to 18 pokemon, 10 to 12 energies and the rest trainers, but I still will get nothing but energy and a Shaymin to start the game. I'd say in the last 12 games I have mulliganed at least twice per game and eventually started with Shaymin in at least 8 of those 12 games. It is ridiculous.

24 cards drawn and not one single supporter card. mostly energy cards. i gotten my supporters from prize card. thats how i got more and some of the poke i needed. didnt help some dude let me put energy on my ex while he had like 7 lightening energy on his raikou and had the other one set up and a bouf that does 60+60 against ex. still lost cause he allowed me to get my mewtwo and then add energies on the yin yang on him before i attacked. even with the jamming net.

this is why i say if you have the upper hand take it. cause it can turn real quick to be bad on your end.

I feel like we have already discussed this on another post that you complained on. If you need draw then add DRAW trainers to your deck. You have 5 draw supporters so obviously you won't be getting them all the time. Plus the draw supporters you have aren't the greatest ones. If you were to use all of these supporters you would draw 21 cards or the equivalent of 3 sycamores. Also if you don't like the idea of discarding your cards to draw then run Birchs instead of shauna.

On average a Birch will give you 5.5 cards or if you run 3 they will get you 16.5 cards, thats 1.5 cards more than shauna on average. Yes you may roll low and get only 12 but you only need it to get you 7 cards once to break even with shauna.

Or you could also change out the tierno for something with more draw. Yes you would shuffle your hand into your deck, but generally most consistant decks are able to play out hands effectively to allow just having 1 or 2 cards left before playing a supporter.

I agree.  your deck his heavy on energy and light on draw supporters.

the frontier has already been blazed, feel free to copy decks here, or on many of the popular web sites that share deck lists (which includes pokemon.com incidentally, and a gaggle of other places we aren't allowed to mention here)

a good place to start, and then modify based on what usually happens in your games.

allot of people just can't accept that the rng is wrong and is so bad. cause if there is only poke and energy given when dealt and drawing then how would putting more trainers even help if you do not get them to use them. if it was so good, then why do  we have to reshuffle like 20 times when it cant draw a basic pokemon.

also 4 games in a row 2 poke 4 energies. its not the deck. its the GAME!!!!!!

anyone still wanna explain that?

i am guessing not tho cause its pretty much on point with how the game is.

How odd, I just tested the metal deck you posted against the ai and in 20 straight games I always had a turn 1 Sycamore, either on my hand, or after Trainers Mail / Shaymin.

On the other hand, while testing the same thing with your initial posted, I only got a draw supporter in 2 out of those 20 games.

While this sample size is obviously quite small it never the less becomes evident that you bluntly run to few draw supporters in your deck and no matter how often you blame the RNG ( which is indeed not perfect, no discussion there), this simple fact won't change.

i get the same results with every deck. i try with even city finals and other stragety decks nothing changed. i even added more trainers for draw. i dont get nothing but poke and energy.

i dont know if its the fact that the client doesnt allow more then so many wins in one row or if its the way the game is made to deal. but something is way to off.

i barely had this issue with my one deck i shared so i am not getting how i didnt then and now i am having more issues with this now i have more trainers and everything added

No one is saying the RNG isn't bad, but honestly its not real RNG so it is about as good as you can get.

As for shuffling 20 times before getting a pokemon, that is a bit of a joke and once again it is pointless to complain about it because nothing will change. I'm guessing that with the amount that you complain about getting 2 pokemon and 4 energies you just have the worst luck of anyone in the world, and probably shouldn't go outside for fear of getting struck by lighting. Or you could be a reasonable person because the chance of 4 games in a row you getting 4 energy and 2 pokemon with the deck you posted is so incredibly low that it isn't believable that it happens to you all the time.

At this point I am fairly certain you just like to complain about the game and don't actually enjoy playing. And if it were the case that people are only getting pokemon and energies then that would be a bug with the game and more people would be talking about. But you seem to be the only one, yet its always the same 2 pokemon 4 energies in a hand that should have 7 cards. 2+4 = 6 so that doesn't add up cause you seem to be missing a card.

Also the game doesn't stop you from winning, plus with the amount you complain about your hands I can't imagine you actually reaching a point that the game would stop you from winning even if it could.  But then again maybe because you put Mewtwo into every deck the game wants to keep it fair so it doesn't let you win XD.

they want us to report bugs and glitches. they should be fixing them. so as i said. if people wants things to be fixed. they need to make it a big deal. they will get tired of hearing about it and will fix it.

i am sorry but like now i am trying to do tournment but i am getting the same results again. It seems like you get 5 wins and its whatever you gonna lose 20 or so in a row. which is like how. irl thats not even possible.

Erm...there's different RNG? Why don't they program the real RNG in the game then? Lately the draw is really bad...

it is presumed to be a Pseudo-Random Number Generator (pRNG) rather than a True Random Number Generator (tRNG), the primary difference being:

The true RNG is more accurate but would cause the game to be slower (which we all can probably agree is not in the best interest of TPCi)

Bascailly you would need a super computer to generate true RNG

TRNG takes information from the environment, which is why it's "truly" random, but at the same time it's also the reason it's far less efficient and more prone to yeilding inconsistant results in the long run.
